Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States.
Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged based on destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipment has been processed.
Shipping Addresses

Casa Nutrition is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.
We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment and determine the best resolution.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and products immediately.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos.
We'll work quickly to replace damaged products or provide another appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Casa Nutrition primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will appear during checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, larger orders may ship in multiple packages.
If this occurs, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on federal, state, or local regulations.
If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you'll be notified before your order is completed whenever possible.
Store Pickup
Select products may be available for pickup at participating Casa Nutrition retail locations.
If Local Pickup is available, it will appear as a shipping option during checkout.
