Return Window
Most products purchased directly from CasaNutrition.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Care team before sending your item back.

- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Unopened products in their original condition
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Defective products
- Eligible products covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee
Some gently used products may also qualify under our Satisfaction Guarantee. Please contact us for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products intentionally damaged or misused
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (unless required by law)
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other authorized sellers)
If you purchased your product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we'll gladly work with you to exchange eligible items when inventory is available.
Return Shipping
If your return is the result of:
- A shipping error
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
Casa Nutrition will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For returns based on personal preference or satisfaction, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our Customer Care team.
